There are fluorescent colors here! They're very bright and true, and they even glow under black light.

Hot Topic, MAC, and Sephora are all good but Walmart (the HIP makeup by Loreal) sells the best.


I guess I'm a 'scene girl' and that's pretty much all I every use. The Loreal stuff, I mean. It's really bright and you can get it in every colour.
This can be a DIY thing. Pick out any bright color eyeshadows, such brands include Bare Escentuals and H.I.P. by L'Oreal, and simply wet your eyeshadow brush before dipping it into your eyeshadow or liner and applying it to your eyes. This will make the make-up color very intense and vibrant!
