Actually, to make your eyes stand out, one tip is to actually use the *opposite color* of your eyes. So try using a brown shadow to make your eyes look really blue!





To make your eyes look really bright, big and blue, you can use two different eye liners, front the same color family. Apply the darker shade to your upper lid (like a dark brown) and the lighter shade to your lower lid (a beige or caramel).





Different shades go on different parts of your eye too; you don't use one color for the whole thing! The light shade goes over the whole lid, from lashes to your eyebrow. The medium shade, put above your crease. And the dark shade put on the eye crease and in the outer corners of the eyes. You have already heard it: mostly browns will compliment blue eyes, be it eyeshadow, eyeliner or eye pencil, it just creates that contrast and natural-ness that black would take away (AND with you being a blonde it would look harsh). i think blue eyeliner is reallyyy pretty on blondes. eyelyner definetly make ur eyes pop. probably brown maskara. and maybe fade eyeshadow? like if it was purple, then dark purple on the bottom and lighter as it goes up.
use a silver eye shadow over black eyeliner only on the top of your eye.


use plain black eyeliner for the bottom.


and black mascara around your whole eye.
