What is mean when a girl always wear mini skirt, high heels and sparkly nails and full bright makeup?

I have this neighbour of mine who's always wears something as she's going to party, celebration or dance. Her clothes is not only very provocative but also very short and revealing. I am myself really don't care what she wears it's her life, but I was wondering why does she wears like this, plus she is not slut, she doesn't have boyfriend. I have never seen her with a boyfriend ever.What is mean when a girl always wear mini skirt, high heels and sparkly nails and full bright makeup?
Most people dress the way that makes them feel happiest/most comfortable; I doubt she's any different.

Perhaps she's just confident with herself. Why don't you get brave and just ask her. You may be very surprised with her answer. Simply ask in a way that's not offensive. Perhaps, '; I love how you have such a variety in outfits, but am wondering why?'; Give a compliment to ask the question you think could be offensive.

It sounds like she has problems with her self image. She may think that she has nothing else to flaunt. She may dress like that *because* she doesn't have a boyfriend. Then again, she could very easily have other motives.
Hi, maybe her job requires her to dress like this, ie hooker, stripper or slapper. Whatever it is I would keep out of it, or she might invite you to join her.
She thinks she looks good like that so that is why she wears it. Don't make assumptions you know what it means when you assume something don't you?
