How can I do my eye makeup to make my eyes appear brighter?

I have green eyes, and some days they're brighter than others, even though I do my makeup the same every day. I was wondering if there's anyway to make them seem really bright, using certain colours. How can I do my eye makeup to make my eyes appear brighter?

use a light coloured eyeliner (white is good) and use it on the rim of your eyelid. Also, highlight the inner and outer corners of your eyes with white shadow or smudged white eyeliner.

Both of these techniques create the impression that the eyes are wider, more awake and brighter.

If however, you want to enhance the colour of your eyes, using colours such as plum, chocolate, gold, copper, deep emerald green are all good. Think rich, warm tones. Avoid colours with blue undertones, silver and pink. These usually dont work well for green eyes.

well it depends on the lighting too.. but colors that bring out green eyes are purple.

I dont know why. it just really brings them out good.

they have kits you can buy to bring out your green eyes.

there is like purple liners and shadows too.

:) im very jealous by the way.

ive always wanted green eyes.

i have light brown though :(
use a highlighting colour such as white or beige and put it in the inner corners of the eyes and under your brow. This really helps to brighten up your eyes. Also dark purple eyeliner really brings out green eyes.
use a whitish eyeshadow lining your lid and then in the inside crease of your eye

then use that almay mascara

its in a grey tube and it will tell you the right one to pick for your eye color
I also have green eyes, the colors that I tend to use are:

-golds

-browns

-purples

Also, applying eyeliner to just the top lash line will make your eyes appear bigger.
Using white eyeliner will open up your eyes and make them appear bigger. And highlighting right underneath your brow bone will help make them pop...=)
use a glimmer powder, or a white pencil to smudge a little on the corners of your eyes.

use a glimmer powder just under your brow line to make your eyes pop.
your eyes are changing because of the color of your clothing.

i have dark blue eyes and when i wear blue and pink my eyes look lighter.
