Loreal's HIP make-up comes in some really crazy/bright colors but it looks awsome! Also MaxFactor. You can find both of those at places like target, drugstores. And if you ever have some extra money try MAC.Good, bright makeup!?

to make any shadow bright, use a cream base first. lets say you want bright green.... get a cream green shawdow, put it on, wait till its kinda dry, and put the powder shadow over it.... dont have the funds to get 100 different cream colors? get white for bright and light colors, and the darkest grey or purple you can find for dark colors.... they have cream shadow for 1$ at eyeslipsface.com
