im not sure um my sister likes to think shes scene/emo! She does a lot of black eyeliner around her eyes and a light coat of black mascara and to top it off she added a light coat of black eyeshadow. hope this helps =] i dont know much about the whole ';scene'; idea if you want bright makeup try whatever goes with your eyes or whatever doesn't because it will be so bright and flashy it will look scene(ish) check out some photos on photobucket. search bright, scene makeup and see what comes up. im not much of a makeup person i just put on a little bit of lip gloss or chapstick or nothing and im ready!Bright/scene makeup?!?!?!?!?
