My fav store to go to for this would be sephora.


I think with in the first 3 rows once you walk in sephora there are loads of sparky makeup.





you can also try CVS. even though it sounds cheap they really do have some good stuff there.

Please note that MAC is rather expensive. They are just well known for the bright and bold eyeshadows.Bought online at the home website and at Macy's. NYX has nice eyeliners, if you'd like to take a look. NYX products are really cheap and work decently. The only place I've seen them sold is at ULTA and online at the NYX site. You can purchase L'Oreal hip at most drug stores, as well as ULTA
Uraban decay, DEFINITLY!!!! They have bright highly pigemented colors. If your on a tight budget go with the loreal h.i.p line, they are also quite bright.
Oooh! Best bet is Sephora for some good-quality, bright makeup. It's a bit expensive, but the colorful, cheaper things from Wal-Mart and K Mart don't last nearly as long. Good luck!
