Yes! Bright pink and red on the lips, and blues, greens, purples on the eyes. But i prefer the whole black eyeliner thing on the eyes now. %26lt;3 x
it depends on eye colour hair colour and skin tone not being racist in anyway so please no offence but i personally think the black girls really suit colours like bright pink and lilacs and blues teamed up with a coat of black liquid eyeliner and mascara for whites like me i think pastels look a lot nicer than bright colours but still i seen a few wearing bright light blue today and i rather liked it they had white eyeliner on top as well as bottom with a coat of white mascara and blue mascara tips looks good got to say some can pull it off well but for me i like to stick to a natural look or maybe a pearly eyeliner for top of eyes in a very thin line and nude colours with a coat of black mascara
i guess some people do and some people don't... if your skin is white then, i guess you'll look pretty good but if your skin's dark then i guess you'll look good in dark makeup...
naw natural browns and fleshes are best. although bright colours look gd on dark skin
Sure I've seen a few girls wearing bright green eyeshadow lately. It looks surprising tasteful.
A makeup artist used on bright lilac eyepencil on me. It was really good. I wouldn't have normally opted for that.

Yes! Bright Green is the best for eyeshadow then a turquoise eyeliner black mascara and stuff like that is really good
Not really. Best on dark skin and quite young.
depends how it is applied and what the occassion is...
if it is applied subtley it looks nice for party occassions if its slapped on then well i suppose each to their own but it can look cheap.
dont forget just cos as colour is nice doesnt mean it will suit your complexion...go with what suits you as well as what you like...not just the latter...trust me ;)

i dont like BRIGHT colours
but i think some colours look very nice on girls
like green not bright but grassy colour or minty sorta colour
a midnight purple or a lavender purple looks nice as well
im not so keen on blue but some people can pull it off nicely
a nude pink looks lovely on people but a bright pink looks nicer on darker people

Only on fair and light skin tones! I have olive skin and it looks terrible on me!!
I don`t like to see alot of make up on girls/women, i prefer the natural look....
