What kind of makeup would look good with a bright pink prom dress?

I have dark brown hair and eyes, and lighter skin and I was wondering if you all could give me some ideas for eyeshadow. I'm not afraid to look bold, but I don't want to look silly.Thanks in advance.What kind of makeup would look good with a bright pink prom dress?

go to a store and match two colors up to ur dress. It will be fine . If not ask your mom or another family member.
Possibly a light pink, with white in the corner of your eyes to make them look more 'open'.


Or maybe a subtle 'smokey-eyed' look would be nice.


Best thing would be to try different styles yourself and see which you prefer.

eyes: black mascara, light application of eyeliner


face: since you have lighter skin, keep it looking light, ya know, just dont put dark tan stuff. lighter makeup and a soft pink blush.


lips: go with pink or a fun orange lip gloss

sliver eyeshadow (done tastefully and lightly) or cat eyes (depending what your accessories are, lots of bronzer, and of course juicy pink lips to match your dress! I wore a coral-pink prom dress and did this, i won best dressed that night! have fun :)
