Bright eye makeup and 8o's hair... help?

Hi, I am going to a party on the weekend. The theme is 'Neon Ski-on' which basically means really really bright clothing, and lots of lycra, haha! Its going to be pretty funny but I need some help with hair and makeup.





I have the clothes sorted, but for hair, im thinking either a fluro bob wig (either pink or blue, but i have no idea where to get one from... im in Perth, Western Australia.) OR full on eighties quiff with a fluro pink headband.... any ideas on how to style my hair really big into a quiff? I have a short bob.





and makeup - i want to do really bright eye makeup, with two or three different colours. Any ideas on how to do that? or any pic's that you can give me with some ideas?

Hair:


blow dry it out, hair spray the roots so it goes up all spikey and poofy and punk, then wear a bright pink headband or something.





Make up:


If you guys have it out there, go to hot topic and check out their color make up... the eyeliners they have are BOMB and the colored liners actually are very bright and work. they also have wash out hair color, you can throw some pink in your 'do.
