What kind of bright cool ';scene'; makeup can i use?

i dont want anything that'll scare people but i want to try something new instead of the natural look...i included a pic of me when im wearing my normal everyday makeup

My ';scene'; friends(lol) love MAC and so do i(but i'm not ';scene';). Just use anything that's bright and try to mix the colors up. Like the top part of your eye Purple, the bottom half green. Lots of eyeliner, fake eyelashes are cool. Also you can get ELF brand make up which is really good quality but everything is a dollar it's amazing. And NYX is a good cheaper brand too.What kind of bright cool ';scene'; makeup can i use?
