Does anyone else makeup look bad when in bright light?

like when im in front of a really bright light my makup looks smeared and it just looks horrible but when im in normal lighting not to dark, not to light it looks good like it should. does anyone else have this problem?Does anyone else makeup look bad when in bright light?
yea i know what you mean well my make up doesn't look really that bad but yeah I can tell the difference when I'm facing a really bright light.Does anyone else makeup look bad when in bright light?

yess except its my whole face that looks like crap. i only look good in sunlight and that suckkkks.
