I have pale pale PALE skin it's really gross so I'd rather have my eyes pop so people can ignore my skin. So i want to make my eyes pop without them looking slutty or going overboard... HELP?Makeup tips for Really pale skin and bright green eyes?
As far as eyeshadow goes, try a pale pink. It will bring out your green eyes without looking silly/clownish on your pale skin. And try a brown mascara or eyeliner, it looks natural and won't stand out and make you look slutty.
